Through the power of songs, Acrostic-poetry (journaling/expressive ecercise), cacao drumming and sound, we gather in this season of harvest to create a warm and sacred space. As Autumn invites us to shed what no longer serves and embrace what truly matters. You'll be guided to open your heart and fully express your deepest desires allowing all that longs to be voiced to flow like falling leaves.

As we prepare our altars and begin honoring our ancestors this upcoming Dia de los Muertos, i invite you to join me for and evening around the dinner table as we remember and celebrate our beloved relatives who have passed on. Together we will gather in community to share the cherished dishes our loved ones enjoyed most, create a community ofrenda (altar) and share the unique stories that keep their memories alive.
